職責：Drive efficiency of paid media performance vs. market benchmark, and previous performance. Monitor effective benchmarks for measuring the impact of media programs, especially digital, and analyze, review, and report on effectiveness of campaigns in an effort to maximize results. Implement proper KPIs, coordinate the appropriate deployment: pilot, measure, share. Daily communicate with media / agencies, to ensure the working quality. In partnership with manager ensure full compliance is in place.Financial and media audit reviews.Purchasing process. Work closely with other marketing functions
要求：Solid experience in both media agency and media department from client side. Sufficient media planning, media purchase and negotiation expertise; especially with digital media background. Clearly define the consumer journey and understand roles which brand and channel plays. Strong communication skills with media agency to ensure the qualified work. Proficient in English and native Mandarin level.
